Khao Yai Thai Project
Authentic Japanese Architecture in Khao Yai
caught the interest of an entrepreneur with a vision to bring authentic Japanese architecture to the area.
This entrepreneur reached out to CSA Real Estate with their idea.
Intrigued by CSA Travel's "Nihon-iro" accommodation facilities, they sought architectural design services and consultation.
After several site inspections and numerous meetings and adjustments between Japan and Thailand,
we are now advancing a project to bring authentic Japanese architecture, inspired by "Nihon-iro," to Khao Yai.
Global Business Development Connecting Japan and Thailand
we have explored opportunities beyond the architectural project in Khao Yai, looking into business expansion in Japan as well.
As a result, we have recently established a company through joint investment between CSA Real Estate and our Thai business partners.
This new venture aims to initiate projects such as the Khao Yai Project and drive initiatives in both regions collaboratively.
Khao Yai, one of Thailand's premier mountain resort.
About "Khao Yai"
Located about three hours by car from Bangkok in northeastern region Thailand, Khao Yai is a popular mountain resort and summer retreat. With ongoing improvements to the highway infrastructure, access has become even more convenient, making it a favorite destination for the development of luxury vacation homes. "Khao Yai" translates to "big mountain" in Thai, and true to its name, it is surrounded by a vast national park filled with majestic natural beauty. Due to its mountain range location north of Bangkok, the weather is more refreshing, and thus receiving the nickname of "Karuizawa of Thailand" among Japanese visitors. (Karuizawa is a famous resort in the Nagano Prefecture in Japan, that is often used as a summer retreat by Japanese and foreigners as well.)
Khao Yai National Park (officially named Dong Phayayen-Khao Yai Forest Complex) spans a total area of 2,168 square kilometers. It was designated Thailand's first national park and was registered as a UNESCO World Heritage site in July 2005.
